No refunds can be provided on the registration fee upon cancellation. Once submitted, papers cannot be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule due to circumstances beyond control. Any such changes will be communicated to participants via the official conference website and email.
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. By attending, participants waive any claims against the organisers arising from personal loss, injury, or theft during the conference period, unless directly caused by the negligence of the organisers.
